Training Centres

FlexiSIGN Studio is based in Randburg and supports clients in major South African production centres. Training Centres explain how training, installation and support are handled in each area.

Training Centres

Choose the right training path for your production team

Not every shop needs the same setup. A busy vinyl cutter room in Johannesburg may need quick workflow fixes and cutter setup help, while a print service provider in Cape Town may want colour management, RIP queue optimising and staff induction on new software steps. Our training centres hub helps you match the right service to the way you work.

We support sign shops, graphic designers and print teams that need practical help with design files, licence activation, production output and day to day operator confidence. If your team is expanding, or if you are taking on new machines and faster deadlines, the first step is to choose whether you need remote support, onsite training or Randburg class training.

  • Choose training for new staff, operator refreshers or software rollouts
  • Choose installation and activation when new licences need to be set up correctly
  • Choose support when print output, cutter movement or RIP queues need attention
  • Choose workflow setup when production needs to run cleaner from file to finish

Randburg base with support across the main production centres

Our Randburg base is the centre of our service area, with support extended to Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, Gqeberha, Midrand and Centurion. That matters when you need clear guidance on where training happens and how quickly a technician or trainer can assist. Some clients prefer a class setting in Randburg, while others need remote sessions or a visit to their premises.

Because production sites differ from one area to the next, we plan around local conditions too. Coastal humidity in Durban can affect media handling and cutter performance, while inland shops often deal with dust, heat and load shedding related interruptions. We take those factors into account when setting up software, colour profiles and queue settings so your output stays consistent.

  • Randburg Training for class based learning and team sessions
  • Johannesburg Support for busy print and sign production floors
  • Pretoria Training for structured inductions and operator confidence
  • Durban Support for humidity aware workflows and practical troubleshooting
  • Cape Town Training for colour, output and cutter accuracy
  • Gqeberha Support for remote help and site specific adjustments

What each location page tells you before you book

Training Centres explain how we handle training and support in that area, including the usual service method, the kind of client that benefits most, and the software tasks we can cover. That way you do not have to guess whether a class, remote session or site visit is the right fit.

You will also see which services are most common in each area, such as workflow setup, new staff induction, RIP queue optimising or cutter setup help. If your team needs more than one service, we can combine them into one planned session rather than sending you in circles.

  • Software Installation for correct setup on production machines
  • Licence Activation for new users or upgraded seats
  • Remote Support for quick fixes and guided adjustments
  • Onsite Training when the whole team needs hands on help
  • Annual Support Plan for shops that need ongoing backup through the year

Training for sign shops, cutters and print service providers

Sign shops often need training that is practical and direct. A vinyl cutter operator may need help with cut paths, nesting and device settings, while a print operator may need better colour control and RIP output planning. Our training covers both the design side and the production side, so your staff can move files through the shop with fewer delays.

We also help with upgrade planning when a team is moving to a new version or adding more operators. If your current process is slow, inconsistent or hard to hand over between staff members, we can map the job flow and tighten the steps. That usually saves time on reprints, material waste and those awkward late afternoon panics when a job is due by 5.

How support works when you are outside Randburg

Clients reach us through the enquiry form on our contact page, then we match the request to the right person on the team. Mandla Jacob Maseko oversees the business, Nadia Blignaut handles software sales, Luthando Mlambo assists with installation, Sifiso Mabena coordinates training, Liezel Barnard manages support and Lungile Ndlovu covers colour workflow. That means your request goes to someone who knows the job, not a general queue.

For many sites, remote support is the fastest way to solve a problem. Where a machine or team needs direct help, we arrange onsite training or a visit in the relevant service area. If you are in a production rush, tell us what machine you use, what output you need and where the bottleneck sits, then we can respond with the right next step.

Start with the centre that fits your team size and deadline

If you run a small shop, a focused Randburg class may be enough to get your operators moving with confidence. If you manage multiple stations or more than one shift, a tailored onsite session may work better. Either way, the goal is the same: accurate output, cleaner handovers and fewer wasted prints.

Use the hub to compare the training centres and then open the location page that matches your area. That gives you a clear view of what is available in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, Gqeberha, Midrand and Centurion, with practical support for the work you do every day.
