These terms govern your use of the FlexiSIGN Studio website and any enquiry submitted through it. By using the site, you agree to the conditions set out below and to the lawful use of our content and services.

1. Use of this website and acceptance of these terms

This website is operated by Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd on behalf of FlexiSIGN Studio, based in Randburg and serving sign makers, designers and print service providers across South Africa. By accessing the site, browsing its pages or submitting an enquiry form, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, site features or legal requirements. Continued use of the website after any update means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site.

2. Enquiries, consultations and service requests

Information submitted through our contact form is used to respond to your request, assess your software support needs and arrange the correct service, whether that is licence activation, onsite training, remote support or workflow setup. We may contact you for follow up details needed to prepare a quotation or schedule a visit in areas such as Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, Gqeberha, Midrand or Centurion.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding agreement. Any installation, training or support work only begins once the scope, timing and charges have been confirmed by us and accepted by you.

  • Use accurate business and contact details when submitting a request.
  • Tell us if you need support for cutters, RIP queues, colour management or new staff induction.
  • Be available for scheduled sessions and provide reasonable access to the relevant systems or work area.

3. Permitted use of the site and content

You may use this website for lawful business purposes only. Content on the site, including text, service descriptions, training information and layout, is provided to help clients understand our offering and make informed decisions. You may view, download or print content for internal business use, provided it is not altered or passed off as your own material.

You may not copy, scrape, reproduce or reuse the site content for resale, publication or competitor use without written permission. Any misuse of the site, including attempts to disrupt it or extract data in an unauthorised way, is prohibited.

4. Software, training and support conditions

Our services cover sign-making design and RIP software installation, licence activation, colour workflow setup, cutter setup help, queue optimisation, upgrade planning and related training. Advice is provided for general operational use and is based on the information available at the time. Your final output quality also depends on your own hardware, media, machine calibration, operating system settings and site conditions, including dust, heat or coastal humidity.

Where remote support is offered, you are responsible for providing a stable internet connection, access to the relevant machine and any permissions needed to complete the session. If a site visit is arranged, you must ensure that the area is reasonably prepared for the work. Load-shedding, power faults or municipal restrictions can affect appointment times and may require rescheduling.

5. Fees, payments and scheduling

Where a service is chargeable, the applicable fee will be communicated before work starts. Training, onsite visits, annual support plans and upgrade planning may be billed in advance or in terms of the agreed quotation. Payments must be made on the basis and within the period stated on the invoice.

We reserve the right to postpone or suspend services if payment is overdue or if access requirements, licence information or system details have not been supplied. Any date given for installation or training is an estimate until confirmed in writing.

  • All quoted fees are subject to the agreed scope of work.
  • Additional travel, repeat visits or out of scope support may be charged separately.
  • Late payments may delay licence activation, training or support delivery.

6. Liability, accuracy and service limits

We take care to keep the website information current and accurate, but we do not guarantee that every detail will always be complete, uninterrupted or free from error. We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect information supplied by a user, failure of third party systems, machine fault, corrupted files or incorrect operator settings.

To the fullest extent allowed by South African law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Privacy, intellectual property and contact

Any personal information provided through our enquiry form will be handled for business communication, service delivery and record keeping. We do not disclose your details except where needed to assist with the service, comply with law or manage our internal operations. Intellectual property in our software, training notes and site material remains with the relevant rights holder.
