How to send your enquiry
Use our contact form and give enough detail to route your request correctly. Tell us your town, the software name if you know it, what machine you are using and whether you need installation, licence activation, training or support. If the issue is urgent, say so in the message and include the best time to reach you during business hours.
- Your business name and location
- Software version or licence status
- Machine type, for example vinyl cutter or print setup
- What you want us to do on site or remotely
Where we work
Our Randburg base supports clients across South Africa, with regular help for sign shops and print service providers in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town and Gqeberha. We also assist teams in Midrand and Centurion for visits, training and workflow setup. If you are on the coast and dealing with humidity or late-day power cuts, mention it because cutter setup and RIP settings can need a different approach.
- Randburg Training and class sessions
- Johannesburg Support and remote help
- Pretoria Training and Centurion Training
- Durban Support, Cape Town Training and Gqeberha Support
- Midrand Visits for onsite work
What to include about your software
Software version, licence type and what you are trying to do let us advise you. If the job is about colour, tell us what media you are printing on, whether you are matching existing work and if you need CMYK or spot colour control. For cutter issues, mention blade type, media width and the problem you are seeing on weeding or contour cuts.
- Photos of the error message or print result
- Media width and machine size in metres or millimetres
- Any recent software changes or staff changes
- Whether the job is new setup, upgrade or repair
Sign Software Enquiry Details
Please include your location, machine model, the problem you are experiencing and any photos of the fault when you send an enquiry. Onsite bookings in Randburg, Johannesburg and Pretoria are generally prioritised first, while out of town visits are arranged according to route and urgency. For Durban, Cape Town and Gqeberha, remote support is often the best way to help you get started while an onsite visit is being planned.
