Personal information we collect
When you contact us through the enquiry form on our contact page, we may collect your name, company name, role, contact details, location and the details you provide about your sign-making, print or cutter setup. We may also collect technical information needed to assist with licence activation, installation, workflow setup or remote support, such as device details, software version, colour settings and job queue information.
We collect information directly from you, and where relevant from correspondence, support requests, training bookings and service records. If you engage us for onsite work in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, Gqeberha, Midrand or Centurion, we may also record site access notes and service outcomes for administrative purposes.
Why we use your information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, arrange training, activate licences, deliver support and maintain accurate records of the services provided. We may also use it to plan follow-up assistance, manage annual support plans and keep records of upgrades, inductions and colour workflow changes.
- To reply to your enquiry and assess your needs
- To provide installation, training and support services
- To manage accounts, invoices and service history
- To improve colour management, cutter setup and RIP queue performance
- To comply with legal, tax and business record keeping duties
We only use information for a lawful purpose linked to our business operations and the services you request.
Sharing information with service providers
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, such as administrative support, hosting, security, accounting and communications providers. Where necessary, we may also share information with technical personnel involved in remote support or onsite service delivery.
Any third party that receives personal information must keep it confidential and use it only for the task we assign. If a matter requires coordination between Randburg, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, Gqeberha, Midrand or Centurion teams, we will limit access to the information needed to complete the work.
Storage, security and retention
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information from loss, unauthorised access, misuse or alteration. This includes controlled access, secure record keeping and careful handling of support files and service notes. Because we work with sign shops, print providers and cutter users across South Africa, some information may be held in digital form for efficient follow-up and continuity of service.
We keep records only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, unless a longer period is required by law. This may include tax, accounting, warranty, service and dispute related records. After that, information is securely deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
